Mazda CX5 has gained popularity due to its luxurious features, reliability and a friendly budget in relation to what it offers. Mazda has been very generous with extra features especially with its mid-budget units. From the luxurious leather finish with handwoven well patterned stitches, to Bose music system and subwoofers.
You will get CX5s with a single sunroof, note that sunroof up to the year 2017 were only limited to diesel powered cars only. However, units with sunroof costs KES 200-400k more than it’s counterparts. 
Music and settings can be controlled from the infotainment touch enabled screen or the center console between the driver and the co-driver seat.

The car also has a projector which enables it to display the speed on the windscreen making it very convenient for the driver. It also picks up speed limits and displays on the wind screen.
Safety also has not been compromised. The car has blind-spot monitoring system, Parking sensors, proximity sensors and lane-departure assist.

You can control the temperature separately in the front and the rear rows. The steering wheel and the seats can also be warmed, both front and rear rows and be used instead of the climate control.
The steering wheel is made with fine, durable leather. It has infotainment controls on the left part of it and cruise controls on the right side. The steering wheel is also telescopic meaning it can be pulled up towards drivers’ body and pushed down depending on the height of the client. It can also be shifted up towards the roof or down towards the floor to suit the driver’s seat positioning preference. 

The dashboard is covered with a blend leather and plastic which gives it a modest look. The front row leg space is big enough to accommodate tall individuals, the second-row leg space is also very good making this car suitable for long drives.

Depending on your budget and preference, you can get a CX5 with leather, powered and heated seats or one with fabric, manual and non-heated seats.
