Commission Fees: Sellers pay a commission of 4.75% on successful transactions facilitated by eDealer.co.ke. Car sourcing services are subject to a fee as communicated.
Escrow Service: For your safety, we may hold funds in escrow until the transaction is complete and satisfactory to all parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on eDealer.co.ke, including logos, images, and text, is owned or licensed by us. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

5. Disclaimers

We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listings or data.
